My WiFi is offline, what can I do??
First step to take when your wifi connection is down and you do not know whats wrong. Please restart the router, un-plug the device or turn of the power at the plug, leave it off for 3-5 minutes, then turn power back on and give the router time to reboot and start up.

I need new tellephone lines, can I keep my exitsing number??

What does 550m IR mean on the PTZ camera??
The PTZ camera is a state of the art, high tech, 360 degree rotating camera with a 550m IR.
550m IR (infrared) means the distance the camera can view at night, in this case the camera has a 550m view at night, with a view of the horizon during the day time.
